Terms and Conditions Use of the as126 Platform

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "AS126" or "Platform" refers to the website, mobile app, and all services operated under the as126 brand.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds a valid account at as126.
• "Account" refers to the unique registration profile owned by each registered as126 user.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the user and as126.

If resolution through negotiation is not reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the prescribed procedures, and the arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
